周末，有朋友通知，由于12.8之前，美国政府没时间通过联邦政府的年度预算案，故而预算案将继续延期，EB-5区域中心法案也将再次搭车，无条件延期。

昨晚，与在法案游说前线的GT律所核实，证明此传言，只是与去年稍有不同的是，预计此次预算案延期，将为短暂的6-8周时间，也就是说，EB-5将搭车到，2018年的1月底2月初左右。

今早，收到WR律所***发文，再次证实了如下消息：

The December 8 sunset is going to be extended through late January or early February. The Republicans need to work on tax reform and don’t have time to work on the appropriations and debt ceiling. (only 20 days)  We will therefore probably get another short-term extension through the end of January or beginning of February.   This is almost a sure thing.

所以，业内确凿的信息来源，基本确认，12.8又将再次延期。

遥想2015年6月，Grassley同学发动立法改革以来，离成功最近的一次到目前为止还是，15.12.11-16，也仅有那次，Grassley同学基本成功了，但是随即眼看着他阴沟翻船，被城市派掀翻在地。再往后的2016/2017，基本只闻雷声，连雨点都未见了。

事到如今，积弊深重，正所谓印证了当年的胜利口号：no bill is better than any bill，不改也罢了。
